The Employee Communications , Multimedia program manager will develop and publish our organization's internal communication content, manage its channels and own the overall integrated communication strategy. The incumbent will need to be proactive, creative, and innovative, focused on driving value to the business. In this role, the incumbent will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to drive communication plans that raises the profile on Intel's employee engagement programs and workplace ethos.

The role requires you to:

• Design and own employee communication plan, acting as the contact person for all communication requests and queries.
• Copy write, design and publish emails to internal employees. Scope includes: Employee Engagement (site events/activities, cultural/national greetings), Site messaging and announcements.
• Copy write, design and publish Quarterly Newsletters.
• Manage internal blog and publish posts adapted from Intel Malaysia emails.
• Manage the marketing of employee engagement programs using various communication channels including Digital Signages and physical materials.
• Produce relevant video content. Scope includes: Videos for New Hires, key site messaging, year-end videos, ad-hoc internal campaign and external conference videos.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master Degree preferably in Communications
• 5+ years working experience in related field required

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
• Creative Copywriting and Designing (Illustrator / Photoshop / Powerpoint)
• Videography and basic video editing
• Able to work both independently and as a team player and able to work effectively with different levels of stakeholders
• Knowledge on graphics and media design , videography and animation will be added advantage. Demonstrated high level of detail orientation in a highly dynamic environment preferably with manufacturing , semiconductor industry experience, ability to demonstrate flexibility in supporting customer needs to meet deadlines and Strong communication and influencing skills.
