A strategist and storyteller, you’ll be at the forefront of important change management initiatives making a lasting impact. Partnering with colleagues in-person at our historic factory as well as collaborating virtually across the US and around the world. Aligning messages with company objectives through outstanding writing and storytelling with an understanding of employee information needs. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Communications or related fields 5 -10 years of proven experience in Employee Communications, or other related communications. Solution-finder/problem-solver, influencer Content development experience with emphasis on change management and employee experience. Demonstrated ability to strategize and share new and creative ideas Ability to translate complex information into consumable communications for various audiences – excellent writing and editing skills.
