The opportunity

We are looking for Employee Experience, Consultant. Employee experience is the result of all the interactions an employee has with employer. This role focuses on creating a great working environment for organisations to get the most out of people. In turn, this role is likely to drive productivity, improve products and services, innovate, aid retention, and create a great employer brand to attract new talent.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Designing employee experience frameworks
  • Creating ways to measure and assess engagement (for example, surveys)
  • Designing approaches to communications which provide an employee voice
  • Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience
  • Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being
  • Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand
  • Building a culture of trust, empowerment
  • Assessing the impact that people practices, and policies have on the employee experience.

Employee Experience Consultant must have

  • excellent interpersonal skills as their primary focus is interacting with employees and organizational management.
  • be able to foster trust with employees.
  • strong analytical abilities in order to accurately assess employees' needs, evaluate feedback, and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve an organization's work environment.
  • organizational skills for various administrative tasks, such as maintaining personnel files, overseeing benefits administration
  • Resilient and comfortable taking ownership.
  • Experience of facilitating and influencing decision making.
