Golf Pride is currently seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. This position is based at our Pinehurst, NC location. Position Overview: The Employee Experience Specialist supports the employee experience with a customer-service mindset with the mentality that employees are customers. This role delivers high-impact, innovative, two-way communications, partnering with the other members of the Global Innovation Center to ensure an internal customer perspective, coordinated approach and consistency of messaging for HR communications. In this function you will: Develop and distribute HR communications; work with subject matter experts to gather and edit content and distribute to appropriate audiences. (Golf Pride Calendar, New Hire Announcements, etc.). Actively contribute to other projects or special programs and support HR cross-functional initiatives as assigned/appropriate. Maintain electronic distribution lists, Division email and regular mailboxes and manage regular disbursement of personnel and other electronic announcements. Manage office supply orders and ensure proper supplies are ordered as needed. Schedule GM appointments and manages logistics for meetings and travel. Partner with functions as needed to ensure division and site consistency in employee experience requirements and expectations. Maintain a dedicated knowledge of procedures, with a broad knowledge of department, divisional products, and company organization. Prepare regular reports and analysis pulling information from multiple sources. Route or answer correspondence and expedites flow of work not requiring a leaders’ attention. Ownership of facility-related improvements and employee education of facility benefits and processes. Orchestrates employee and community events. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in creating high-quality communications. Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in an administrative function. Minimum one (1) year experience utilizing Office 365 products including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship both now and in the future. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Pinehurst, NC will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
