Employee relations and diversity work includes work across multiple areas of employee and labor relations, including:
? Lead and control overall GC employee relationship issues (such as employment in business restructuring, grievance resolution, employee reporting, HR support in arbitrations and litigations, other related labor and employment matters).
? Hands on work in talking with employees in labor related issues. Provide consultancy to local HR and to the business by advising them every step of the way on ER solutions.
? Work closely with local HR to ensure the implementation of each ER case appropriately and successfully.
? Work with regional Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit to handle various issues.
? Conduct collective consultation or hearing and ensure appropriate agreements are implemented.
? Manage relationships with government and regulatory organizations to make internal protocols and policy in line with local government requirement and legal environment.
? Contribute to improvements in employment policies and guidelines, and provide advice on implications of changing employment legislation and market practice.
Requirement:
? Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Sociology, or a related field, Master Degree is a plus
? More than 15 years’ experiences with concentration in ER/LR, HRBP or HR Generalist
? Knowledge of Employment and Labor Relations practices with advanced knowledge of China employment laws
? Can accept travelling, and has high flexibility sense
? Strong negotiation and influencing skills
? Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
? PowerPoint & Excel skills are a plus
