In this role the person will have the opportunity to work in a global organization with presence in three main regions such as Europe, Asia and America. The Global Integrated Services organization is currently built by 100+ people between our regular workforce and our contingent workers with presence in 11 countries across the globe.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for the execution of specific Human Resources (HR) business processes within the scope of Global Integrated Services (GIS).
Work closely with other members of the organization in day to day operations and in identifying ways in which GIS can improve process and customer experience while interacting with an end to end mindset and global environment.
Execute complex HR data transactions.
Proactively, monitor and follow up with manager and/or Business Analyst any changes to volume, complexity, cadence etc.
Lead root cause analysis, containment, recommendations and resolution of quality issues.
Collaborate with processes Integrators by providing data, background, etc. in case an investigation is open for the respective process/area.
Provide an excellent service within the goals and standards defined by the area.
Execution of the controls implemented to ensure the quality in the daily work.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Requirements:
The candidate must possess or must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineer or related career.
1+ year of experience in Human Resources or administrative positions.
Intermediate knowledge or experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Advanced English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Shared Services experience.
Workday and ServiceNow knowledge.
Experience with business process management.
Automations knowledge.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
