Reporting into both the Talent Acquisition Director France and the Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director France, the Employer Brand Director/Manager (depeting on the seniority of the profile) will aim to make L'Oréal the #1 Love Brand and take our Employer Image to the next level.
You will…
· Design, communicate and implement the Employer Branding roadmap France in collaboration with the Recruiters, Communication teams as well as the Global CMO team for Talent Acquisition
· Act as main point of reference for employer advocacy, ambassador actions & network.
· Develop social media plans for France, including both organic and paid media, by liaising with Corporate Communications France to create an aligned and coherent strategy.
· Analyse and share relevant KPIs of all Employer Branding and social media activities, including recommendations and corrective actions.
· Follow France and Global employer rankings, analyse results and communicate internally and externally as applicable.
· Act as content creation lead for in-house assets and manage career website, related content & KPIs.
· Act as SPOC and expert in the TA team France for topics related to digital innovation and Tech for TA. Proactively scout for new ideas and partnerships and implement trials.
· Implement L'Oréal Group tools and leverage their possibilities for and with the TA team France.
· Manage solutions and coordinate relations with external suppliers for digital recruitment & communication tools.
· Keep innovating internal/external communication through different formats leveraging our ambassadors covering different levels of seniority and functions.
· Coordinate Campus duty for TA team France by acting as main point of reference for Campus strategy and roll-out in collaboration with all the Campus Managers.
· Ensure follow-up of all Campus actions of TA France, including quantitative and qualitative feedback, ROI evaluation and strategic insights sharing.
· Coordinate strategic agenda and roll-out of Masterclass for France.
· Support the Brandstorm Manager in developing a strong communication plan to drive registrations and recruitment ROI.
· Design and animate animation program for Interns and Apprentices as well as all related communication activities; incl. Networking, Buddy Programs, FIRE talks.
· Coordinate all institutional communication activities for the interns / apprentice seasons: Pre-boarding activities, Regular newsletters, Induction sessions, Development Reports, Internship / Apprenticeship Assessment Briefings, Manager Briefings, ensuring a consistent program.
· Manage internal communication channels for all interns and apprentices.
· Monitor Jubiwee results, sharing with key stakeholder and proposing solutions to improve their experience.
You have…
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field
- 5 + years of experience in digital marketing and communication and/or employer image in a corporate environment at a global or local level, or in an agency
- Proficient French/English (written & spoken)
