Greater China Employer Brand Manager

 

Seeking a marketing professional with expertise in the development and execution of integrated recruitment marketing campaigns to drive employer brand value, awareness of SAP as an employer of choice, candidate engagement and quality job applications for SAP’s Greater China and SAP global market.

 

Ability to articulate and build relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and key stakeholders on multiple hiring campaigns and track performance to analyze data and measure return on investment.

 

Looking for professional to build out and present customized recruitment marketing plans to deliver the talent acquisition business objectives. If/when plans are approved, professional will lead the campaigns and on-going recruitment marketing efforts in market i.e. WeChat, Weibo, among others.

 

This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, proactive management skills, and knowledge of the market and talent attraction channels.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the appropriate implementation of the Greater China Employer Brand strategy to oversee, manage, run, track, and optimize.
  • Understanding of the competitive strategy
  • Proactively work effectively with internal colleagues and external vendors to complete projects within timeframe and budgets
  • Grow new candidate leads, including qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, from WeChat, Weibo, Career site, and job boards into Talent community and job applications.
  • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our activity turns into candidates, and continually refine our process to convert quality candidates
  • Adhering to brand governance structures to ensure consistency on channels. 

 

Specialties:

  • Strong project management, follow-up, and presentation skills  
  • Fluent in English and Mandarian
  • Direct marketing experience in WeChat
  • Accuracy of communication includes; drafting messaging, as well as reviewing and critiquing content drafted by others
  • Ability to analyze, track, optimize analytics using technology and analytics solutions
  • Collaborative work style with local and global teams
  • Communicator and creative thinker, who is comfortable sharing ideas and exploring how they could work for recruiting campaigns/strategies.
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors services is a plus
