The Intel Global Communications Group is a worldwide team of communications professionals working to build and protect Intel's reputation as the world's best semiconductor company. The group spans public relations, reputation management, corporate communications, executive communications, analyst relations, content, narrative, thought leadership, and employee communications. We promote and protect Intel's reputation by shifting brand perception and growing trust globally.

Intel is in search of a strategic, creative, and passionate individual with a strong background and interest in brand marketing or early talent marketing to create effective strategies and campaigns which create interest and retention of current and future employees. Candidates for this role are prepared to roll their sleeves up to get things done. You also have the spirit of an innovator, looking for creative ways to reach our target audiences, open to pilot and experiment.

In this role you will

  • Plan, develop and produce strategies and campaigns that communicate and enhance Intel’s reputation as an employer with current and future talent, globally

  • Utilize and maintain our employer value proposition (EVP) through creation of messaging, campaigns and strategies working with global stakeholders

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create engaging, organic, and paid media campaigns, deep dive into market research to understand audience and geographical nuances

  • Use data and reporting to inform decisions and frequently share results and impact

  • Responsibilities may also include development of promotional material, collaterals, POP merchandising, ad campaigns, trade shows, development of advertising and promotional tools.

  • Skilled in all areas of presenting and marketing products.

  • Individuals act as internal experts, consultants, project/program managers and represent the corporation to external groups, agencies, and media vendors

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:

  •  Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related field.

  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience (Marketing Campaigns, Advertising, social media, Corporate Brand Marketing)

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in gaining concrete results through marketing in the areas of employee engagement, company culture, DNI (Diversity and Inclusion, talent attraction, and employee retention in a variety of formats

  • An in-depth understanding of the full talent life cycle a plus

The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe. Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$97,230.00-$160,990.00

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
