Responsibilities:

• Supervise End User Computing (EUC) team on software, system and facilities lifecycle management;
• In-charge of End User Computing related services and support;
• Implement and maintain office IT systems such as VDI, MDM, SharePoint, O365, etc.;
• Provide user trainings on aspects relating to end-user computing;
• Support and interact with executive level users and influence their adoption of IT best practices. Research hardware, software, and infrastructure technologies;
• Responsible for service quality, and customer satisfaction of the End-User Computing team;

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline;
• 3-5 years managerial and leadership experience;
• 8-10 years of relative technical experience;
• Experience supervising a technical team to provide end users support;
• Sound knowledge, skills and experience in the following technologies / subjects:
• Server & Operating System: Physical & Virtual Server, Windows, Linux;
• Software / System / Tool:
• Access Management: Active Directory, Citrix, Internet Proxy, Multi-factor Authentication;
• Document Management: Sharepoint.
• End-user Computing: Software Control Centre (e.g. SCCM),
• Network: Network (WAN/LAN/VPN), Routing and Firewall;
• Office Service: Email Exchange, File Server, unified printing, Unified Communication (such as PBX, Fax, Instant Messaging);
• Security: Advance Persistent Threat, Antivirus, Data Loss Protection, Security Encryption End-point.
• IT Security management software and tools, industrial policy and compliance, e.g. PCI, ISO27001, CISSP, etc.; and
• Self-motivated, strong initiative and customer oriented
