As a Quality Control Manager, you will be part of the Industrial Automation Business and Turbocharging Business Line (BU) based in Kaohsiung. ABB is the World leader in Industrial Automation (IA) division delivers integrated solutions for control, plant optimization, and industry-specific application knowledge and services to help process industry customers worldwide to meet their critical business needs in the areas of operational profitability, capital productivity, risk management and global responsibility. These industries include oil and gas, power, chemicals and pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, metals, cement, minerals, marine and turbocharging.
You will be responsible for the sale of cutting-edge ABB in Turbocharging Service Product Group/ Turbocharging Business Line / Industrial Automation Business in Kaohsiung /China country/NAS region. You will be a member of End User Sales team (of the LBU / the Service Station). Achieve targets set by Head of End User Sales, based on LBU strategy. Deliver appropriate market coverage for new business end user influencing and service sales in his assigned territory /segment / customer group. Provide alignment with existing OEM and End User Agreements. Accountable for owner decisions in favor of ABB in new business and service revenue and margin in his assigned territory / segment / customer group. Build professional long term relationships with his assigned customer base.

Tasks
- Execute sales strategies, sales plans and sales support activities plans in his assigned territory / segment / customer group. Deliver on sales targets, margin and incentive targets, customer visit plan, customer communication and events plan). Attend trainings assigned.
- Communicate and coordinate with Operations, Business Development, Market Communication and Technical Advisor as required
- Drive sales of services and service products such as fleet & maintenance agreements and OPAC as well as end user decisions to specify ABB t/cs for their new building projects to capture full market potential.
- Build long term relationships with assigned customers at all levels, explore new business opportunities & generate new installed base, or market share by influencing through key decision processes.
- Ensure adherence to existing rules and policies such as Circular Letters and Compliance.
- Support market intelligence and business development projects as required to drive the growth of the business.
- Share information gained from customer visits as part of market intelligence input.
- Support Business Development as required to achieve overall (LBU /Service Station) goals.
- Update customer database (ATURB).
- Monitor & verify major customer complaints & claims, coordinate with other functions to develop solution. Support definition /implementation of corrective actions.
- Review, monitor & evaluate performance of assigned customer accounts.
- Responsible for assigned sales budget, margin and market share.
- Monitor CCRP.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in Engineering field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in Electrical Power Engineering in Industry.
- Customer focused attitude and aggressive to learn and team work concept.
- Able to communicate effectively and be flexible to work in a team environment.
- Thinking and acting systematically.
- Work under pressure with helps.
- Willing to travel frequently on business work.
- Good at English communication skills.
