- Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support
- Provide support on network, desktop hardware and software and other peripherals
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
- Working in shift rotations
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines
- 3 years of relevant support experience; experience supporting over 300+ users
- Experience in banking & finance environment is preferred
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge and technical skills in PC desktop aspects
- Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
