Job Description

  • Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support
  • Provide support on network, desktop hardware and software and other peripherals
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Working in shift rotations

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines
  • 3 years of relevant support experience; experience supporting over 300+ users
  • Experience in banking & finance environment is preferred
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge and technical skills in PC desktop aspects
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
