This position can be filled anywhere in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. We implement what matters. This is your contribution: You will independently develop strategic recommendations for action in the area of energy efficiency and self-generation for the global real estate portfolio of Siemens AG and our affiliated companies. You support our global decarbonization program with our internal and external partners. You will evaluate energy-related site concepts and energy efficiency measures as well as decarbonization measures. You will prepare the results as a decision-making basis for management. In coordination with the asset management, you will compare different scenarios in economic and strategic option comparisons and evaluate their effects from a group, customer and real estate perspective in compliance with internal specifications and guidelines. You will also be responsible for advising our customers on government energy efficiency subsidy programs. What you should be able to do. So that the world can do more. You have a successfully completed technical degree in the field of electrical engineering, building energy technology, renewable energies or a comparable degree. You have many years of professional experience in the field of energy efficiency consulting, preferably in the industrial customer sector. You have experience in project management of client projects in the real estate sector, ideally with a focus on energy efficiency and decarbonization. In-depth knowledge of European government energy efficiency subsidies are desirable. You have a team-oriented thinking and working style and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics, to analytically penetrate complex issues and to convey them in an easily understandable way. You have a high affinity for energy and plant technology in the areas of heating, cooling and electricity. Knowledge in the field of thermal building simulation is desirable. The use of common tools (e.g. Office365) is a matter of course for you, furthermore you are open-minded towards new technologies and software. Business fluent German and English round off your profile.
