Job Summary:

We are now looking for a system developer within the area of Energy Systems. This includes mainly Energy system solutions (Power, battery back up systems, Solar hybrid solutions) for Radio basestations. Your role will include development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, vendors product solution analysis, hardware design, integration analysis, simulations and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

Responsibilities:

?You will drive strategic technical leadership

?Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling

?Develop, test and evaluate Energy System products

?Perform trouble shooting and customer support

? Maintenance of legacy products

?Drive continuous improvements of products and processes

?Develop competence in technical domain

?Technical vendor evaluation

?Support Customer units with roll-out and in-field operations

?Support strategic product management with market and customer needs

Key Qualifications:

?University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

?3 years of experience

?Power Domain experience

?Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge

?Business understanding, experience of working with Ericsson customer units is valuable

?Working with people and networking included customer meeting

?Innovating, adapting and responding to change

? Lead and drive our 3rd party vendor in development project

?Able and enjoy working hands on in LAB and at customer site when it is required

?Excellent English skills
