This exciting role offers opportunity to: Provide resource to develop new technology with product marketing team and CRT team Provide resource to reinforce technical platform and productivity improvement through platform Development advance virtual technology for both HW and FW technology Develop the energy storage technology and solution Develop the new storage material and application technology, LFPO, Fuel cell as examples Handles recruitment, training, and performance reviews of subordinate staff Driving new technology industrialization with COE team and Global energy transition team Define key driver of pro-active recruiting activities and university relations strategies in alignment with the division’s needs. Seeks and creates learning opportunities for global engineering teams, including presentations, technology visits, training and individual mentoring. Stays current with the latest technologies and business trends and actively supports development of technology roadmaps for the Division.
