Join our Smart Infrastructure Division as an Energy and Sustainability Analyst and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. The Siemens Energy Bureau provides an energy management platform to hundreds of customers across commercial, industrial, and public sectors. The Energy Bureau Analyst role will help support customers in the new Awarely platform as well as assisting in the migration from the legacy platform helping to identify new services that customers need. The role will be a blend of remote working and Nottingham office-based working as required. Act as an expert system user assisting customers in gaining maximum value from the system modules, ensuring a positive overall experience Present Awarely and Bureau services capabilities to current customers and support the sales function in demonstrating services to prospective customers Interpret industry themes and customer energy and sustainability aspirations to contribute to evolving service lines Implement, deliver, and automate new processes to support incoming new sales around sustainability reporting, insight services and asset optimisation Undertake one off analysis using system tools to demonstrate potential savings for customers Operate a suite of business processes necessary to maintain customers in the Awarely platform Act on alerts and any service degradation/interruption, liaising with Application Support, suppliers, and Operational teams as necessary Feed into the development roadmap and provide support and testing for system enhancements Monitor service delivery ensuring operation to contracted parameters (time and quality) Deliver all Bureau services to prescribed timescales and seek to innovate and streamline delivery wherever possible Ensure customer queries, service issues and exceptions are resolved promptly (often requires liaison with other teams and supply partners).
