Overall Accountabilities
The Engagement Manager will proactively engage with parents and manage complex concerns and complaints across all ESF schools. They will support the principals by developing a school-based complaints resolution process and enhance the parental engagement and experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Create and deliver a systematic and comprehensive resolution process to improve schools' performance and parent satisfaction.
- Support schools with their complaints handling processes – providing advice and support for complex cases.
- Programme and prepare accurate and timely reports on key aspects of engagement including reports for the Chief Executive Officer.
- Support stakeholder engagement activities e.g. PTA liaison and stakeholder surveys to support partnership working and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and work of the Strategic Performance and Quality Assurance Directorate, Communications and the wider Foundation.

Requirements
- Educated to degree level, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of stakeholder across the Foundation
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills to build and maintain strong relationships
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written skills - with a keen eye for detail, accuracy and precision
- Ability to work to specific and tight deadlines

This role will report to the Director of Strategic Performance and Quality Assurance. However, the role demands the ability to confidently work with senior colleagues across the Foundation.
