Engagement Platform Specialist

 

Day today Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in Campaign life-cycle Design (Email, Segmentation, Campaign, SharePoint entries, Promotion Documents, Registration and Share point Pages, Reporting and Dashboards) and Execution Using SAP Marketing Cloud.
  • Working with Marketing and Product teams on Planning of webinars based on product line plans and execution on Global level.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time with tag team members on 24*7 rollout.
  • Managing the execution of global campaigns for the acquisition NBG accounts
  • Promoting, administering, and moderating global virtual events with ON24 Webinar platform that supports New Business Growth, bringing $ to pipeline.
  • Understanding of Certain platform for creation and execution of Physical Global Events
  • A Responsible ON24 Admin to keep track of all webinars created and follow up and keep the Product Marketers updated on all Status
  • Making sure post-event follow up is timely executed, in terms of lead management and professional development unit’s assignment.
  • Maintaining planning documentation and accompanying schedules covering deliverable, resources, task assignments, critical path, and milestone dates.
  • Entering and maintaining Production SharePoint queue requests and calendars to ensure priorities are clear and transparent across teams.
  • Managing the registration process for webinars and events.
  • Becoming the subject matter expert on all marketing platforms, including anything regarding emails, landing pages, webinars, segmentation, and lead management.
  • Entering and maintaining Production Activity Queue requests and calendars to ensure priorities are clear and transparent across team.
  • Post event follow up is timely executed
  • Basic Knowledge and Providing reports and analytics using ON24, Adobe Analytics and QlikView, Salesforce Marketing Cloud

 

What you bring to the Team

 

  • Hands on SAP Marketing Cloud (Hybris), Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Adobe Connect, Certain and ON24 Webinar Platform
  • Major Marketing experience with 2+ years in B2B marketing.
  • Email Marketing, Campaign Management, Reporting and Analytics, Sitecore
  • Proficient in MS Excel, WORD, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Webinar Moderation
  • Ability to quickly adapt involving different cultures and diverse virtual teams across the globe
