Technical Area : Engine calibration

Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the calibration planning of diesel engine project
2. Responsible for the system establishment and completion of diesel engine project
3. Guide calibration staff to improve the professional ability
4. Support local area systemic problem solving

Qualification：

1. Degree : Bachelor or above
2. Vehicle engineering, internal combustion engine, mechanical design, and other related majors
3. Experience : Over 5 years engine calibration experience, and over 10 years working experience.
4. Skills Requirements：

A Necessary Skills：Process establishment, personnel training, problem solving and improvement, teamwork and communication, knowledge management

B Post Skills： 

1. With good training ability, able to train and guide calibration technical staff regularly
2. Familiar with common rail diesel engine calibration process and strategy, able to complete the test planning of calibration project
3. With strong problem solving ability, able to give efficient solutions to calibration problems

C Tools：

   Proficient in calibration software: INCA, VISU…

   Familiar with the use of calibration analysis software: ASCMO, CAMEO, Uniplot…

   Familiar with the calibration laws and regulations(domestic and foreign)
