职位描述

Responsibilities:

• Deliver China lead engine program unique component designs. Responsible for delivering all Design Verification and Process Validation evidence for Pressurized Crankcase Ventilation system, including but not limited to: oil separator, PCV hose, & Intake Manifold. Also responsible for delivering all program deliverables including, but not limited to: DFMEA's, DVPR's, Reliability and Robustness Documents, and design rule evidence prior to Component sign-off.
• Provide component launch support for localized components. Responsible for ensuring component quality and timing is not compromised with local suppliers. Specific responsibilities include control plan reviews, PFMEA reviews, adherence to all Part Submission Warrant (PSW) deliverables, and problem resolution support during launch.
• Provide engine launch support for China JV programs.
• Work with Purchasing on supplier segmentation and supplier selection for all localized components.
• Delivery TVM target on current production engine program, seek opportunities together with supplier on cost reductionQualifications:
• Bachelor degree or above in Fluid engineering/Mechnical Engineering
• Highly motivated with excellent problem solving abilities
• Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in Powertrain Engineering
• Professional Exposure: CAD, CAE, DFMEA, DVP,PVP, GD&T, APQP, PPAP, 8D/6-Sigma, System Design Process, engineering releases
• Working with JV (Joint Venture) and/or Multinational Team
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
