Within AZ IT, Software Shared Services focuses on enterprise level solution platforms and development environments that are truly cross-functional in nature. The goal of the organization is to provide world-class solutions that are truly scalable, agile and delivered in the most efficient manner. Currently, the Software Shared Services organization includes management of our SAP environment, Application and Data integration environments, and the newly created Chatbot as a Service group.

This role is for a Chatbot Developer. We are looking for a developer who is passionate about working with our clients to solve their business problems with chatbot (or) virtual assistant technology similar to Apple’s Siri or Amazon’s Alexa.

  • 5-7 years of overall experience
  • 1.5+ years of relevant experience in chatbots and natural language processing.

The key area of focus for this role is to deliver software solutions using agile deliver methodologies

The candidate will be accountable for (but not limited to) the following activities:

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience on implementation of Chat bot
  • Experience in AI/NLP platform for building Chatbots
  • Experience with any one of the technologies (python, JavaScript, Node.js, C# or Java)
  • Experience in analysing Live Chat conversation with agent to train the Chat bot.
  • Understanding of API integrations, Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication
  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT Services processes, methods and tools, and business processes
  • Demonstrated creative contributor
  • Familiarity with database

Our Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

  • Experience in working with any one of Microsoft bot framework/ Avaamo/Converse.ai/Kore.ai/Pullstring/The Bot Platform/DialogFlow
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with tools for statistical computing (e.g. R, NumPy, SciPy)
  • Knowledge/Working experience of Agile methodology
