ROLE :  -

• 3+ years of experience in supporting COTS and Bespoke applications related to Pharma domain.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and solving software issues.
• Liaise with vendor and fix COTS application related issues.
• Experience in providing L2+ support and Change management (bug fixes, customization changes, enhancements)
• Knowledge of Oracle PLSQL packages and table structures.
• Have basic development exposure in Java/.Net/Javascript/HTML/ASP.Net  and other technologies
• Analytical, Problem solving & Troubleshooting skills
• Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
• Good verbal & written communication skills.

MANDATORY SKILLS :

Basic Unix commands, Oracle PL/SQL ,

DESIRED SKILLS: Early Science domain knowledge

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any specific Bachelors / Master Degree.

PREFERABLE INDUSTRY : Pharma

OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE :  2 to 5 years
