Requirements:

(a) (i) A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related subject, or equivalent; OR

(ii) A Higher Diploma from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent, majoring in Information Technology (IT) or related subjects, and 2 years’ working experiences in computer networking operation and technology support;

(b) Holder of CCNA certificate preferred, and CCIE as advantage

(c) Knowledge of scripting languages, HTML, SQL is an advantage;

(d) Knowledge of VMware and with virtualized platform planning, deployment and maintenance skill, and VMware VCP is an advantage;

(e) Knowledge of cloud platform resources structure, and with deployment experience is preferred;

(f) Familiar with operation for Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016 preferred;

(g) Familiar with platforms / systems: Linux, Firewall, Load balancer, Database, Web Applications, CDN, Cloud Computing;

(h) Familiar with the use of general desktop computer and tablet software, including word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation, AutoCAD;

(i) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

(j) Willing to travel to Greater China, SE Asia, and maybe a few Middle East and Africa countries;

(k) Immediate available preferred

Job Responsibilities:

(a) Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and configuration problems;

(b) Provide on time support to end users;

(c) Coordinate assigned projects by working closely with internal departments, project team members and third parties;
