The role requires broad Microsoft SCCM 2012, Flexera AppPortal, Intune, Adaptive On-Site, 1E Nomad experience. The person should have a history of having performed successful SCCM 2012 Implementing/deployment(s)/Upgrades and support technically complex environments. The person must have a demonstrated strong commitment to teamwork and mentoring.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Microsoft SCCM 2012 technical support with advanced knowledge of server and client Administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, SQL query writing, application & patch deployments.
• 1E Nomad & Flexera Application Portal knowledge.
• Microsoft SCCM administration with specialization in 3rd Party Tool Integration (1E Nomad, Flexera).
• Expert on PowerShell & VB Scripting
• Windows 7 & 8.1 technical support experience with advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting
• Advance knowledge on Operating System Deployment & Imaging techniques
• Implement & migration experience in SQL
• Experienced on Windows 2003 / 2008 Server
• Windows Server Active Directory technical support experience with advanced knowledge of OU structures, AD security, local and group policy.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes & Best Practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, etc) is required

DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES

• Responsibilities include engineering support of automated software deployment via SCCM 2012 & 1E Tools
• Continual improvement of SCCM, Intune, Flexera AppPortal as a complete infrastructure system to provide support for Business when needed.
• Perform SCCM server administration and daily monitoring tasks as required.
• Review monthly Windows Update deployment process to Windows servers and workstations within the organization via SCCM.
• Effectively communicate incident status and impact to Management and impacted stakeholders
• Integrate packages and software deployments into SCCM distributions throughout the organization.
• Disciplined testing methodologies
• Improves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications
• Must be able to work shifts that cover 24/7 and be flexible to work rotating shifts and weekends as necessary (Shift rotation once in Six Months)
