ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage MCRM and Omnichannel platform which comprises of Adobe Campaign, AWS Lambda, Tealium, Snaplogic and Globalscape. Handle Incidents related to platform and data in MCRM and Omnichannel, communicate to business stakeholders and strive to resolve the issues with vendors and data integration teams.
- Manage Access for Adobe Campaign, SFTPs and data Configurations within MCRM and integrations connected to MCRM.
- Data extraction or reports to be provided to the brand PMs on request.
- Collaborate regularly with business teams to ensure details of all the requests are understood and derive the outcomes.
- Incident Management – Responsible for handling issues in the platform and for profile data loaded from the integrations.
- Platform Monitoring – Monitor and ensure platform availability for Profiles load and campaigns.
- Campaign Migrations – Responsible for migrating campaigns into stage and production environments based on QA approval.
- Manage Integrations- Monitor integrations and data flow between external systems
- DED Review – Review DED shared by PMs for Brand Website integrations
- Website Integration Testing – Responsible for validating test cases initiated by websites team such as GDD/OD, Lighthouse etc.
- File Movement – Movement of files for scrubbing placed by vendors to enable campaigns
- Data Extraction – On adhoc request from brand PMs, will provide the data extract in the requested format.
- Data Analysis – In case of any data inconsistencies observed, data analysis will be performed and update brand with the findings.
- Data Management – Responsible for custom profile and opt data update based on business request and approval.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Good knowledge on Database skills.
- Knowledge on SQL queries and database fundamentals.
- Knowledge in server technologies and multi-threading.
- Good in ITIL framework.
- Knowledge on Incident and Problem management.
