Job Responsibilities:

Supporting our users in day-to-day hardware and software setup, installation, configuration and problem troubleshooting.

Supporting infrastructure and network tasks as and when needed.

Building laptops and setting up workstations.

Experience with monitor system e.g. Zabbix, Nagios.

Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Strong enough to carry at least 25KG equipment by your self

Requirement

At least 3 years of experience in supporting office and desktop infrastructure

Post production house experience is a plus.

Knowledge of new Hardware, e.g. server, storage, switch.

Very fast learning ability and will.

Very strong Linux system skills.

Shell or python skill is a plus.

Strong windows and MAC system skills.

Strong network skills.

Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in cooperation with the global IT team.

Good spoken and written English and Chinese.

Ownership, you look for solutions and do not pass on problems, have ability to fix problem with very less help.

Ability to work in an environment where you might get interrupted at any time and still get things done.
