This exciting role offers opportunity to: Job Summary Understand customer requirements and prepare switchboard Electrical schematic , GA drawings, special wiring & control schematic. Able to perform electrical calculation for selecting required switchgear , busbar sizing & enclosure sizing for switchboard product. Act as order technical lead for Eaton switchboard sales and shop floor people to clarify order special electrical & Mechanical requirements. Coordinate with other Eaton P&S switchboard plants for big Electrical projects Job Responsibilities Hands on design experience of LV electrical distribution equipment like MVS, PCC, MCC, Switchboard & Panelboards, PLC panels. Hands on experience in calculations and selections of different switchgear, Busbar sizing, Enclosure selection, protection relays, CT’s & PT’s. Develops a variety of complex drawings (Electrical +Mechanical) and bills-of-material based upon established product designs for switchboard product line. Experienced in using NEMA & UL Standards while designing panelboards and switchboards. Coordinates mechanical and electrical interfaces with another Eaton products team. Selects engineering techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations. Provide technical assistance to sales and Manufacturing shop floor for smoother execution of orders on floor. Possesses strong computer skills and proficiency with AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor and other Engineering/Business software applications. Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills. Qualifications Requirement: Qualifications Education level required: BE. Years and area of experience required: 4 to 6 Years Electrical panel designs experience.
