Responsibilities

• To prepare tender and technical submissions including the method statement, material take off, construction programme, etc.
• To prepare the cost estimation for the tender bidding in particular Bored Pile/ Foundation, Civil and miscellaneous construction projects;
• To analyze and compile the estimating reports and precautionary measurements;
• To liaise with internal and external parties to ensure estimations in competitive;
• To attend the site visit and tender interview; and
• Ad-hoc duties wherever required.

Requirements

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in studying Civil/ Structural/ Building Engineering, Quantity Surveying or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in construction projects (Design/ Project Management/ Site) with experience in project costing/ tendering is an advantage;
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD, BIM for drawings and modeling is an advantage;
• Hardworking, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer; and
• 5.5 days a week (Mon to Fri: 09:00-18:00 & Sat: 09:00-13:00).
