Job responsibilities:

• Handle HVAC, Electrical or Building Services project;
• Dealing with clients, consultants, supplier, sub-contractor and technical staff.
• Prepared MVAC shop drawings, layout plan and detail drawing for submission.
• Tendering, site work planning and coordination;
• Achieve other ad hoc duties as request;
• Work 6 days a week.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services or related discipline;
• 3 to 5 years working experience in MVAC / Building Services / Electrical contractor;
• Safety supervisor certificate is preferable;
• Have sharp business acumen, good interpersonal skills and initiative;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD, MS office, MS project, etc.;
• Candidate with higher qualification as above will be employed as Senior Engineer.
