Description:

• Familiar with the related process, key points of control and battery failure analysis in the field of lithium battery;
• Formulate R&D plans based on R&D objectives, monitor and report progress regularly;
• Responsible for evaluation and analysis of battery performance, analysis and characterization of developed materials, and provide solutions to solve the problems;
• Lead the junior engineers to complete the R&D project;
• Evaluate new materials, new technologies and new suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or above in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics or related disciplines.
• No less than 1 year of R&D working experience in solid-state battery related industries, or of use of solid-state battery and related materials as research topics during school;
• Familiar with the basic principle and production process of lithium battery; possessing practical experience in material synthesis, characterization and analysis; possessing certain knowledge of solid-state battery and its characterization techniques.
• Good command of spoken and written English is an advantage.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, data processing and analysis software (Origin, Minitab) is an advantage.
