ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Solid analytical and communication skills
  • Building applications using C#/Node.js on MS Azure Cloud
  • Proficiency in building conversational flows using MS Azure Bot Framework (LUIS, QNAMaker, Azure Search)
  • Experience in building AI powered chatbot applications using the likes of Microsoft LUIS, RASA NLU or any other NLP technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build chatbots
  • Must be able to demonstrate sound knowledge of AI/chatbot ecosystem, tools and frameworks
  • Hands on experience of API integrations, Single-Sign-on and token-based authentication
  • Experience in integrating with SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Oracle, CosmosDB, MongoDB)
  • Maintain and enhance chatbot platform to support multiple Bot implementations on the same
  • Maintain documentation pertaining to Chatbot Conversational flows, Intents, Platform configurations and best practices
  • Integrate solutions with multiple platforms

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Exposure to building applications using Python
  • Experience with Conversation UI / UX
  • Exposure to relevant IT Services processes, methods and tools, and business processes
