This position is open for our Rail group and will mainly focus on delivering Rail Systems Engineering design / consultancy for projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide input into Rail Systems engineering design / consultancy deliverables for projects
• Provide support for Railway Systems Assurance / RAMS consultancy
• Manage the production of plans, reports, drawings, and other deliverables including coordination with outside parties
• Support in writing proposals for bids associated with Rail Systems Engineering / Systems Assurance

Qualifications and Experiences required:

• Degree in Engineering / Rail Transport / Systems Engineering or related discipline
• At least 6 years domain expertise in a specialist rail related sub-system discipline such as Rolling Stock, AFC, PSD, OLE etc
• With experience working on major rail projects for system suppliers, engineering firms or consultants as O&M and / or ISA, IV&V roles across East Asia or South East Asia regions
• Experience in providing input to System Assurance / RAMS and System Engineering processes delivered against the EN5012x family of standards within that discipline
• Good Knowledge and practical experience in the application of RAMS analysis techniques, e.g. FTA/ETA, FMEA, HAZOP, RBD, Bowtie, SIL, FRACAS etc
• Familiar with Engineering Safety Management (The Yellow Book / iESM)
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and under pressure, and willing to take on new challenges
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Asian languages is highly preferred especially Putonghua
