Job Description
Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am to 515pm
Location: Marsiling, Singapore (8-10 mins walk from Woodlands mrt/bus interchange)

Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing engineer is responsible for product and manufacturing operation process throughout product life cycle
- Focus on value engineering on existing products to reduce cost of components
- Propose or design alternative replacement to current parts
- Provide engineering support in design change evaluation, material localization and higher-level subassembly (HLA) outsourcing
- Set up and maintain Bill of Material (BOM) and drawing in SAP and manage changes through Agile.
- Develop and maintain instrument/subsystem test station for production.
- Troubleshoot instrument failures
Requirements:
- Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of overall Mechanical engineering experience
- Value engineering experience
- Sustaining experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
- IT Savvy
