• Analytical skills required; including an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application, operational and testing requirements.
• Write system test scripts from user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage traceability between tests and stories.
• Execution of test scripts and protocols.
• Functional and Regression testing of desktop and web-based applications.
• Experience with Test Automation tools as well as Manual Testing.
• Document and convey test anomalies, problems and issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Demonstrates self-discipline and motivation in all aspects of job performance.
• Adapts to rapidly changing technologies.
• Enhanced PC knowledge and skillsets utilizing Microsoft products.
• Interest in expanding one’s knowledge in the technology industry.
• An understanding SQL queries, functions and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of VB.NET, WINFORMS, ASP.NET.
• Experience working with HP testing tools, a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or another technical field.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to investigative problems/recommend solutions
• Strong documentation skills.
• Able to complete assignments with minimal direction.
• Must be able to work in a high-pressure team environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Exposure to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or healthcare industry experience (i.e. clinical) preferred
• 2-4 years of broad-based business experience that includes hands-on responsibilities
• Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems and provide solutions to internal or external issues
• Flexible with an ability to effectively work across time zones, in complex projects
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction; a bias for action and perseverance
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
