- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Construction Engineering or above.

- Minimum 5 years or above working experience with relevant.

- Registered Professional Engineer.

- Qualified member of HKIE / CIOB in preferable.

- Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
