Job Description:
- To manage Mobile Core Network for continuous stability and quality
- To analyze Mobile Core Network problems and deficiencies proactively and follow up with network vendors
- To handle Mobile Core Network related projects
- To ensure network quality and performance assurance
- To establish network dimensioning & performance KPI report
- To ensure smooth handover of Mobile Core Network projects onto CTM network
operation team
- To work with vendor and Network Management Centre for contingency plan and network health check procedure
- To provide Tier-3 emergency call-out and non-office hour support
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Telecommunication Engineering or related discipline
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferable
- 3 years or above technical experience in Mobile and/or Fixed network in telecom industry
- Hands-on experience in handling Mobile Core Network domain is an advantage
