Job Description:
- To lead a technical team to operate and manage the mobile and WIFI radio network
- To perform integrating, testing, commissioning and UAT for mobile and WIFI radio network
- To work with Mobile Planning Team and Quality Assurance Team to handle customers complaints to an agreed set of SLA
- To effectively manage external vendors and coordinate with internal departments for project implementation and achieving deliverables
- To provide emergency call-out and non-office hour support
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Telecommunications or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese
- Knowledge of Putonghua preferable
- 3 to 5 years technical experience in radio telecommunication field with at least 2 years at supervisory level
- Holder of valid light vehicle driving license
- Knowledge and experience of radio network operation, planning and optimization
- Strong PC skills with multiple software applications
- Knowledge of computer networking is preferable
- Good leadership, problem solving and analytical skills
