-Responsible for tender preparation, monitor and control the daily operational activities for routine maintenance, building improvement and emergency service for a portfolio of commercial and residential buildings

-Provide technical solutions and supports related to maintenance /facilities management/Energy Management and perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements

- Degree or above in Building Services /Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

- At least 6 years or above relevant experience preferably in Property / Facility Management

-Sound knowledge of current legislation and best practices on E&M / Building Services / Facilities Management / Energy Management

-Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English

-Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility and team spirit

-Independent, analytical, self-motivated and capable to work under pressure
