ABOUT THE ROLE

• Good understanding of Testing lifecycle
• Hands on experience to write test scenarios, scripts
• Good Understanding of project artifacts like Strategy, Plan, Reports etc.
• Good understanding of defect lifecycle and triage
• Ability to frame basic SQL queries
• Basic understanding of JAVA and OOPs concepts
• Basic understanding of DB concepts
• Hands on experience working in Agile projects
• Excellent Analytical and Logical Thinking.
• Experience testing with tools is a plus
• Experience with Selenium is a plus

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• Coordinate with Test Leads/Test Managers/Stakeholders to understand Test Requirements, Approach and Project Intricacies
• Ability to understand Defects, collate necessary items for defects and raise the same using the appropriate channels.
• Author Test plan and maintain updates for the same throughout the testing lifecycle
• Author Test Cases, support test case review meetings and execute them as per project schedule
• Participate actively in all project and Organizational ceremonies
• Adhere to internal policies and norms to ensure compliance
