1. Major in Mechanical Engineering, Mold Design, or Business English, with fresh graduates being acceptable.
2. Academically and morally excellent, with a strong sense of responsibility, solid professional knowledge, hardworking, and willing to be dispatched to India for long-term development as a foreign staff member.
3. Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to communicate with foreigners fluently. Knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
4. Possessing a certain level of organizational and management skills, adept at communication and coordination.
5. Compliant with superior's arrangements and possessing strong logical thinking ability.
