Job Summary

MANDATORY SKILLS: Mulesoft, Snaplogic, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, PostGRES

DESIRED SKILLS: Data Warehousing, Informatica/Talend/Datastage and ReactJS.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: BE/B Tech/MCA

The candidate should have experience in Mulesoft, SnapLogic, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL.

Having knowledge in any ETL (Informatica/Datastage/Talend) is added advantage.

Job Description

Candidate Focus & Challenge:

• Accountable for the Veeva Data Integration production support activities.
• He should ensure all services across the Collaboration function are delivered in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Owner for effective implementation of service delivery processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level Management.
• Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, work and documents.
• Responsible for service delivery of Veeva CRM/OCE and SalesIQ Data Integration in International, Europe and Canada regions
• Manage Incident, Service Request from regions and related communication
• Support Application Manager (AM) on RCA and Problem management
• Advanced troubleshooting, break-fix for issues spanning Veeva and related integrations
• Maintain Service levels - deliver service as per KPI to different markets
• Monitoring applications, systems & interfaces and ensure data quality across systems supported
• Work with internal IT and Shared support to ensure adequate infrastructure is available for service support
• Proactive analysis, validation & working on product issues with SaaS providers such as Veeva, SFDC.
