Job Description:
- To assist senior manager for the development and technical support of Wi-Fi access network
- To ensure network healthiness by analysis of network statistics against KPI and provide recommendations for quality improvement
- To provide technical support for deployment of Wi-Fi solutions to business customer
- To provide technical support to Network Management Centre for handling of Wi-Fi access network faults and customer complaints
- To ensure network capacity by performing network dimensioning and expansion
- Wi-Fi hotspots design, installation and acceptance testing
- To perform system update and upgrade
- To provide emergency call-out & non-office hour support
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua preferable
- 3 years or above technical experience in Wi-Fi, telecommunication field or equivalent
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN and WLAN networking
- Holder of CCNA
- Experience of Wi-Fi network planning, operation and quality optimization preferable
- Knowledge of IEEE 802.11, WISPr, Radius protocols preferable
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi Access Controller and Access Point preferable
- Knowledge of antenna and RF propagation preferable
- Holder of valid light vehicle or motorcycle driving license preferable
