Job Description:
- To assist senior manager in the areas of development and technical
support of Wi-Fi backend system ; to prepare technical requirement
for application development; to provide Wi-Fi solutions to customer
- To work and manage vendor to develop Wi-Fi applications in the
Wi-Fi backend system including captive portal, Radius AAA, DB. etc.
- To ensure network healthiness by analysis of system statistics against
KPI and provide recommendations for quality improvement
- To provide technical support to Network Management Centre to
analyze Wi-Fi backend system faults and customer complaints
- To provide reports for Wi-Fi backend system development activities
- To perform system update & upgrade
- To provide emergency call-out and non-office hour support
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluency in spoken/written English & Chinese. Knowledge of
Putonghua preferable
- 3 years or above technical experience in web page development
and database management
- Knowledge of WISPr, Radius protocol, DHCP, DNS, HTML, PHP,
Python and Shell script
- Knowledge of Linux based on RedHat and CentOS
- Holder J2EE & Database Administrator
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN and WLAN networking preferable
