Responsibilities: As part of Siemens energy business for turnkey solutions in electrification, automation and digitalization, the engineering bid project manager will cover: Commercial proposal development, contractual and legal business risk Management / mitigation, participate to Terms & conditions analysis / negotiation, scope definition, transactional pricing, market price analysis and issue resolution. Lead the sourcing and procurement plan and coordinate the inputs / output of proposals to insure the production schedule dates are met and that a quality proposal is issued to the customer within the designated delivery time. Provide leadership during the tendering process to ensure that all commercial/technical aspects and contractual/legal business risks are closed. Bid business & risk acceptance from HQ Mgt levels. Meet Target price, order budget, proposal timeliness, cycle time, hit Rate / win Rate and project profitability. Ensures business success and satisfaction of the customer and ensures professional stakeholder management. Ensures timely decisions on open issues, escalating if necessary. In the context of Engineering: Lead the basic engineering development closely with engineering Manager, Siemens engineering teams and suppliers to leverage the expertise to create value proposition for customer. Coordinates the Engineering disciplines and the cooperation with involved regional Engineering units including their interfaces. Performs technical risk management. Acts as interface to PM@Siemens, e.g. responsible for technical risks and opportunities. Qualification: Bachelor's or master’s degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or automation. Minimum 03 years’ experience in bid management and / or project execution. You are familiar tendering process and open tenders Good Communication skills and ability to work in a team. Good Spoken & Written English. Good IT Skills (Windows, Office, Linux, Network ...) Ability to travel all around the country. Valid Driving License with driving experience.
