• Prepare Change Request and Change Order with Project team for implementation in Development and Operation
• Prepare agenda and chair the Change Control Board (CCB) meeting
• Coordinate project team to establish a change implementation plan
• Drive execution in close alignment with Project Lead(s) and/or Product Development Manager
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Synchronizes BOM/item between BOM platform and ERP platform
• Initiate, monitor and control the implementation of approved Change orders
• Contributes to safeguard the Configuration Management policy in daily execution
• Other duties as required

• This role requires a combination of project coordination and specialist skills
• BS with 2-years work experience or higher degree in Electronic, mechanical background
• Experience in operations, ability to support change and Implementation planning across D&E and operations envisioning possible impact downstream
• Experience in Configuration Management with complex Bills of Material
• Knowledge of product design workflow relevant to the semiconductor equipment manufacturing process is a plus
• Configuration Management certified (CMII) preferred
• Strong communication to influence without power
• Demonstrate effective, constructive cooperation in cross-sector teams
• Highly organized, excellent attention to detail
