En Eaton (Haina DR) tenemos la vacante Engineering Coordinator. Este role tiene las siguientes responsabilidades: FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Asegurar el logro de los objetivos de Ingeniería para el área asignada mediante la ejecución de la estandarización, acciones y proyectos de mejora de procesos, uso de las herramientas de mejora continua y soporte a producción de procesos. Coordinar actividades de soporte del personal hourly de ingeniería (asistentes/técnicos y Set Ups en caso que aplique) del área asignada. Participación activa en proyectos y kaizens para la mejora continua-Lean y reducción de costos. Soporte en la implementación de programas, nuevos productos, equipos/fixtures y tecnologías. Dar soporte para alcanzar los niveles requeridos de productividad, desperdicios (scrap), retrabajo (rework), flujo continuo (WIP), seguridad y análisis de capacidad (manload). Dar soporte en el mantenimiento y estandarización de documentos de proceso: Instrucciones de trabajo (INM), Layout y graficas/métricas con sus acciones. Soporte al análisis de problemas relacionados con el proceso mediante herramientas estadísticas (6 sigma), 8d, A3 según aplique. Ejecutar los puntos de procesos de manejo de cambio como Change Control PR-3 (cambios de proceso) y/o MOC según aplique. Soporte al desarrollo de desviaciones y alternativas para el producto y/o proceso pueda elaborarse cumpliendo los requerimientos autorizados/aprobados. Participar de manera activa y/o liderar las reuniones según esquema de CIF, incluyendo presentaciones de los departmental team. Preparar reportes, presentaciones y gráficos para monitorear y mejorar las métricas del área de ingeniería. Qualifications REQUISITOS: Gradudado de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, o carreras afines Inglés – Avanzado Office – Avanzado Conocimientos Intermedio de los sistemas/softwares de la función (CAD, Solidworks, Minitab, entre otros) Certificaciones técnicas de la función (deseable).
