As an Engineering Data Engineer in Micron Taiwan Backend, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities:

• Investigate manufacturing issues related to Burn-In, Electrical Test, and Post Electrical/Finishing processes as well as identify and implement solutions
• Diagnose and resolve production lots and testing issues in a timely manner
• Verify symptoms and report network/software related issues
• Extract yield reports and scrutinize tester/event logs to dispose low-yielding lots
• Provide support to Test Engineers’ requests on device analysis and engineering experiments
• Bring up critical issues on important lots to the appropriate Engineering counterparts
• Assist Engineers in developing processes to resolve process variance, equipment or device performance problems
• Provide support to product quality control as well as ensure efficiency of equipment and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Technology (Electronics, Information Technology or related field)
• Knowledge of Windows PC applications, such as Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is required
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating system will be an advantage
• Some experience with programming, scripting, or flowcharting will be a plus
• Ability to perform 12-hour rotation shift work is required
• Ambitious, possess initiative and ability to work with minimal mentorship
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
• Phenomenal teammate with good communication and interpersonal skills; average English ability is helpful.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and packaging is an advantage.
