·       Ensure on-time, on-spec, on-budget for ENG-CN engineering activities and related projects

·       Lead the team for technology scouting towards definition and continuous update of:

o   regional XC Technology Roadmap

o   specific CN-specific technology fields

o   COEM E/E architecture evolvement and corresponding high-level requirements for XC`s development strategy

·       Act as technical and business reviewer for the ICV development / introduction strategy and align corresponding targets with stakeholders in DE

·       Manage Collaboration with internal and external partners:

o   Coordinate and Review collaboration within XC-CN for Cross-BU architecture definitions / derive strategic directions and corresponding proposals with the expert team

o   Foster and coordinate worldwide exchange with ENG / NE organisations

o   Interface for XC/NE and representation of XC-CN in corresponding engineering meetings

o   Bosch Center of Software Competency and other Bosch-CN internal organizations, such as User Experience and Corporate Research

•    Experienced in leading and managing an expert team; > 2…5 years of experience as a section manager in a corresponding role
•    Capability to lead a team of 30+ employees
•    Very good in stakeholder management including BU-level stakeholders in CN and DE
•    High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output
•    Very good skills for structuring complex engineering topics as well as problem solving in such an environment
•    Curios about technology
•    >3 years of experience in systems engineering for Infotainment and/or ADAS systems incl. vehicle level; ideally development experience from OEM
•    Bachelor or Master’s degree in related engineering field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering
