職務說明

• In charge of Taiwan operation and report to CEO located in Europe
• Define an effective organization plan and lead existing departments of backend office and R&D functions
• Set up short and long terms goals of Belassi Taiwan Ltd.
• Establish smooth communication and procedure in line with Belassi GmbH.
• Increase management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling
• Create a friendly workplace and great team spirit
• Protect and enhance brand reputation in Taiwan
• Create cost-effective budget and oversee monthly financial statement.
• Evaluate and develop manufacturing possibilities in and outside the company.
