Your Mission

About your role
As Team lead for non-technical release approval documents you will:

• Lead, develop and empower a cross-functional team and being responsible for the non-technical release package of in-car software to go into the market


• Core functions include license management, supplier & access management, legal framework, FOSS, etc.


• Ownership of proprietary license management & export control


• Lead team to excellence and to become self-directed


• Empower team members by being a servant leader for their work


• Contribute to the handover of software to Mercedes-Benz AG and other project partners


• Continuous improvement of people and project in the team


• Hiring and being responsible for the professional development of your team


• Provide meaningful career development path for each team member


• Collaborate and coordinate with project stakeholders and multiple feature development teams
